WRHA Refund Policy
It is understood there may be unplanned events which occur, causing a change in membership. WRHA refunds are granted on a pro-rated basis as follows:
WRHA Student Membership-Yearly Rate is $15.00. Refunds are prorated at $1.25 per month ($15.00/12 months) times the number of months remaining on the membership.
WRHA Individual Membership-Yearly Rate is $70.00. Refunds are prorated at $5.83 per month ($70.00/12 months) times the number of months remaining on the membership.
WRHA Organizationial Membership-Year Rate is $240.00. Refunds are prorated at $20.00 per month ($240.00/12 months) times the number f months remaining on the membership.
Note: All refunds described in this policy must be made to the paying party. The paying party shall be defined as the person, group, organization, foundation, or individual who has the paid the fee.
